The PB1-375-N combines the Spyraflo Self-Aligning High Performance, Drawn-Cup, Needle-Roller bearing with their sintered aluminum Pillow-Block housing. The unique final assembly offers design engineers a Pillow-Block that is lightweight, has clean lines, dimensional consistency and is corrosion resistant. The hardened steel shaft acts as the inner bearing raceway on this narrow cross-section rolling element bearing with the needles being retained in a cage. The bearings are pre-lubricated with lithium-complex grease for optimum performance. High temperature grease, sealed and full-compliment bearing options are also available. Spyraflo Pillow-Blocks are often able to replace more expensive, larger and heavier cast-iron ball bearing assemblies. The profile and performance of Spyraflo Pillow-Blocks make them a very cost effective alternative to traditional Pillow-Block mounting challenges.
