The PB1-500-AF combines the Spyraflo Self-Aligning, Delrin-AF bearing with their sintered aluminum Pillow-Block. The final assembly offers design engineers a Low-Profile, Pillow-Block bearing that is lightweight, has clean lines, dimensional consistency and is corrosion resistance. Delrin-AF Teflon Lubricated bearings are an economic solution for medium speed, low- load applications ensuring a long, maintenance free life in rotary, oscillatory or linear applications. The Self-Aligning Delrin-AF bearing is very securely mounted into the Aluminum Pillow-Block. Spyraflo Pillow-Blocks are often able to replace more expensive, larger and heavier cast-iron ball bearing assemblies. The profile and performance of Spyraflo Pillow-Blocks make them a very cost effective alternative to traditional Pillow-Block bearing mounting challenges.
